I'm Joseph Kepner - Locally retired Navy Mechanic, now excavation specialist based in North Mason County. After years maintaining complex systems in high-stakes environments, I brought that same precision and work ethic back to shore — into the dirt.

My promise: clear communication, clean job sites, and solid results. From land clearing, First cut-ins, site prep, I operate with foresight, honesty, an eye for drainage, and real pride in the work.

I’ve seen firsthand how the PNW rainy season can quickly undo improper grading. A well-graded and drained site will remain drivable throughout construction without gravel unless you’re dealing with extreme slopes or unique soil conditions. At the end of your build, have me return—I’ll evaluate your site’s drainage performance, make any final subgrade adjustments needed, and finish your drive paths with the gravel of your choice.
